DO NOT GO IF YOU ARE NATURAL. They are putting a chemical in the shampoo/conditioner. I went in for a wash, blow dry, and ends cut. Following my appointment, I noticed a smell in my hair, my hair itched and flaked constantly. After a week post my appointment, I wash my hair and noticed my natural hair texture has changed, hair was falling out in large clumps, and the smell still lingered. I believe they are putting a texturizer/relaxer in the shampoo or conditioner. This has resulted in me having to cut off all of my hair. Please avoid this shop if you are natural or prefer to have healthy hair!

I needed someone to trust to do my hair for my 25 th wedding anniversary. I went back to Noelia not knowing what I could do. Noelia helped me to grow my hair longer with her oil treatment, and then gave me an amazing color to make me picture perfect! They make you feel like you're the only there because they take their time to make you look your best.

I want to start by pointing out that I am cosmetology student attending a Paul Mitchell school and I also work in a Paul Mitchell focused salon. I was disappointed with the experience; there wasn't a consultation, my stylist did not introduce herself, at the shampoo bowl she didn't show me or ask me about products( I could of had allergies) while washing my hair she had a conversation in Spanish with another stylist. I understand Spanish quite well( never assume your customers don't speak the language) I think it's highly inappropriate to speak about other customers in front of other customers. The next thing I was most disappointed about was I was not sure if my stylist was using clean brushes or combs or me. I didn't see use of any barbicide, leaving me to go home and re wash my hair ( can't be too careful). Stations should also be cleaned in between clients especially due to COVID.I was also upset that the prices were not set. My stylist shouldn't of had to ask another stylist what she should charge me. It should be a flat fee across the boards unless it is a cut or a color service. Overall it is a beautiful salon and the staff seems nice enough but you all have some growth areas to work on.

I called ahead to ask about walk-ins and they told me to come on in. I arrived 10 minutes later and sure enough, there were 2 associates available. My stylist examined my hair, she asked me questions about the cut I desired and then we headed to the wash bowl. And it was relaxing!! After a washing and conditioning, I was seated at her station where she confirmed the length I desired. She cut one section and checked again. After that, she continued with the cut while I halfway napped LOLOnce done, she handed me the mirror and I was pleased. It didn't take long either. 30 minutes, in & out. Language is slightly tough but manageable. Excellent customer care!
